Jamie Oliver and Jimmy Doherty present more dishes for the weekend from their cafe on Southend Pier. On the menu this week, chart-topping rapper Tinie Tempah learns to cook his favourite Nigerian street-food classic - Suya - a spicy beef kebab, Jimmy serves up authentic Italian gelato from his DIY ice-cream maker made from old junk, and Jamie makes his ultimate salt-and-pepper squid. The boys also discover the best-kept secret in egg farming - the tiny `pullet eggs' not available on supermarket shelves.
